Legends Jockwear – Return Policy

At Legends Jockwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Comfort and Fit Guarantee (Boxer Briefs Only)

If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase of Legends Jockwear Boxer Briefs, we’ll make it right with either:

  • A refund, or
  • An exchange for your first worn pair of boxer briefs.

How It Works

  • Email us at support@legendsjockwear.com with your order number/receipt and your preferred option.
  • Applies only to your first worn boxer briefs, per customer.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If You Choose an Exchange

  • We will ship the replacement item free of charge
    (excludes some countries outside North America).
  • After the exchange is completed, no further refunds or exchanges will be allowed for that item.

2. Standard Return Policy (All Other Items)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Only unworn/unused items are eligible (except under the Comfort & Fit Guarantee).

How to Submit a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@legendsjockwear.com with your order number to request authorization.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns/exchanges.

Shipping Coverage

  • Refund returns:
    We cover the return shipping for orders within Canada and the USA.
  • Exchanges:
    Return shipping is covered for eligible items, but after the replacement is sent, no further refunds or exchanges will be offered for that item.

Processing Time

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 10 business days after the returned items arrive at our warehouse.

Exclusions

  • Final Sale items: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Purchases made through other retailers must be processed directly with them.

3. Unauthorized Returns & Worn Garments

  • Unauthorized Returns:
    Items sent back without approval will not be refunded or exchanged.
    Always contact us first to confirm authorization.
  • Worn Garments:
    Worn items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
    (except as covered under the Comfort and Fit Guarantee).

Unauthorized or worn returns will not be sent back to you.
